We are incredibly excited to update everyone with some amazing updates revolving around The Solareum Foundation Inc. As shared on November 9th, we had announced some forward movement on all things Foundation. A lot has transpired and we thought we would share.

The Solareum Foundation is dedicated to begin transforming the lives of underprivileged and underdeveloped communities by providing them with access to renewable energy sources. Together, we can make a difference.

INCORPORATION

We are thrilled to announce that The Solareum Foundation is now officially registered as a "Not-for-profit" Corporation under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, effective yesterday November 23rd, 2023.

This is exciting as we can now not only operate legally within Canada, but internationally as a Not-for-profit which allows us to focus on our mission to begin transforming underprivileged & underdeveloped communities globally. We are super motivated to start this mission and doing what we can to help change the world, in a very positive way.

FUNDING

As you may have seen, we have been very fortunate to begin funding The Foundation as announced on November 10th here with 1.0 ETH, and then again on November 20th here with a Buyback of $SRM and donation to The Solareum Foundation the equivalent of 2.0 ETH.

At the time of writing, the value of the donations sits incredibly at $5963.79 usd, and we have just begun. We are excited to weave this mission into Solareum Inc., as well as outside donations as we partner with individuals & corporations who share this vision along side us.

THE SOLAREUM MERCHANDISE STORE

As announced on November 9th, as part of our CORPORATE INSIGHT update, I'm sure you are wondering why the "Merch" store is important as it relates to The Solareum Foundation Inc.

Today, we are incredibly honoured to announce that 100% of the profits from the Merch store, will flow directly into The Solareum Foundation!

We feel strongly that this will provide an additional source of funding to The Foundation that will be sustainable as Solareum Inc. itself continues to grow. More Merch = More good we can do.... It's simple.

So what about the domain we purchased, that is currently pointed to SolareumL1.com ? We believe the time is right to separate The Solareum Foundation Inc. from Solareum Inc. and build a new home for it, where it will live on as a thriving subsidiary of Solareum Inc., but also as a stand alone Not-for-profit organization that will grow independently as time progress'. ~ TheSolareumFoundation.com This information is of course very fluid, but we are starting the process of building The Foundation a proper home that will support the mission, and allow for the many growth opportunities we see ahead. THE FOUNDATION TEAM

As of the time of writing, the Solareum Inc. Core team will be looking after The Foundation. However, we are already on the lookout for some awesome folks to join a dedicated team who will oversee The Foundation. We will keep everyone up to date on this effort, and share new team members as they are onboarded. But for now, It has the focus it needs to begin growing and supporting the mission.
