Solareum Development Update
Hello Solareum Community!
In today’s development update, we’re excited to share the latest on our GEM (Green Energy Monitor) devices, recent improvements to the Solareum dashboard, and some additional surprises in the pipeline. This is a major update for us as we continue paving the way for Solareum’s mainnet launch, and there’s plenty of news to dive into.
GEM Device Progress and Real-World Deployment
Two GEM devices have now been packed and shipped to our partners, Solar Solutions and Greenworx, where they’ll be installed at select solar sites to start validating. These devices will contribute to our node network as we gear up for the mainnet launch.
Two additional GEM units are undergoing final testing, with more set to ship in the coming weeks to further bolster the network. The GEM device itself has been refined to be wireless, more compact, and cost-effective to produce, making it an accessible choice for renewable energy producers. Alongside compatibility with Tesla Powerwall inverters, we’re actively developing a multi-inverter functionality that will support popular options from Lion Energy, SolarEdge, Enphase, and more. Check out the images below to see the latest GEM devices ready for deployment.
Dashboard Enhancements: Precision Monitoring at Your Fingertips
Our dashboard is nearly complete, with the dev team making final adjustments to ensure a smooth and intuitive experience. They’ve been hard at work—even on weekends—fine-tuning graphing features that provide more detailed insights into energy production and consumption over smaller time intervals. These enhancements are designed to make energy tracking more precise and user-friendly, bringing energy data to the forefront in a streamlined interface.
Our video below is showcasing the newly designed dashboard, offering GEM users a preview of its updated features and layout.
Unveiling the Solareum NFT Marketplace and Bridge
Following recent sneak peeks on Telegram, we’re excited to confirm that the Solareum NFT marketplace is officially in development. To drive this forward, we’ve brought on a specialized team focused exclusively on building the essential tools and applications for the Solareum ecosystem.
Our progress includes deploying NFT contracts on the testnet and creating an NFT bridge, which will soon allow users to bring NFTs onto the Solareum chain. This bridge enables users to connect their wallets and view their Solareum NFT holdings with ease. Once connected, users can select one or multiple NFTs to transfer to the mainnet, where they’ll appear in the marketplace under their profile. As part of this transfer process, the Ethereum NFT version will be burned, and an identical NFT of the same type and count will be minted directly to the user’s designated wallet on Solareum Mainnet.
Thought the marketplace is still under construction, it will soon offer a dedicated platform for users to explore, trade, and manage their NFTs - all directly with the Solareumchain ecosystem. Stay tuned for more updates on our Solareum marketplace.
